• What is Baan Sawan?

  Based in the south of Phuket in the Nai Harn region, we are an exclusive private development comprising 4 luxurious villas. All villas have magnificent 180-degree sea views and face east or south-east, to capture the magnificent sunrises that can only be seen in the Tropics.

• Are the villas available for nightly rentals?

  Yes, our villas are available for both daily and long-term rentals.

• How can I book a property?

• What are the facilities found in Baan Sawan villas?

  Baan Sawan villas combine the usual comforts found in any beloved home with the amenities found in a 5-star resort. All of our villas come with spectacular swimming pools and other luxurious facilities including a massage room, home theatre room, games rooms, high-speed internet, and more.

• Do we share the villa with other guests?

  The entire property and all its facilities are exclusive for your use throughout the duration of your stay. Complete privacy and exclusivity are some of the key advantages of renting a private villa in Phuket, particularly if you are traveling with family or a group of friends.

• I am traveling with my family, do you accommodate young children?

  Yes, of course, the villas are suitable for children and we are able to arrange toys, games and a cot to be added to the villa if needed.

• Can we invite friends to stay?

  Yes, just inform us at the earliest opportunity that friends might be joining. As long as your party does not exceed the maximum capacity of the property we will add the extra people to your booking. If the extra person exceeds the maximum capacity it may be possible but an additional cost will be required.

• Are the villas available for private parties?

  Yes, however, each request is assessed individually so please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

• Do you accept pets to the property?

  Unfortunately, pets of any kind are not allowed within our properties. In rare excaptions allowances can be made at the owner discretion (Usually this will require an extra months deposit)

• How far are Baan Sawan from restaurants and the beach?

  Some of the best local restaurants are just a 5 minutes drive away and we can recommend our favorites based on what cuisine you would like to enjoy. Everything is on offer nearby! The local and highly rated beach, Nai Harn, is also a 5 minutes drive away. This picture-perfect beach offers safe waters for swimming during the Summer months and has lifeguards on duty. There are a variety of local restaurants and cafes on offer near the beach so you won’t have to travel far to have an enjoyable day out.
